We’ve made shipping simple and affordable across the UAE. We offer same-day delivery with Aramex at a cost of 18.00 AED. Plus, enjoy free shipping on all orders over 400 AED—because everyone loves a bonus!

We know you’re eager to enjoy your products, so we ensure your order is processed immediately. As soon as you place your order, our team prepares it within hours to ensure it’s dispatched the same day.
- Same-Day Delivery: If you place your order before the courier cut-off time, you can expect your products to arrive on the very same day—perfect for last-minute plans or a spontaneous day in the sun!
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every AMBA product you order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
AMBA will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, returned in their original packaging, and the return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for products with open packaging or that have been damaged or used. Additionally, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For eligible refunds, we’ll refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.
A Few Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. If your return is lost in transit and there is no tracking, we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.
